You could buy it to support him and add the exe to a Google Drive account then download that at school to play it there. I don't encourage breaking any rules but it's possible.
I think you have copy of the game so I mean when you open it. Does it ask for any permission like for example thisgame.exe wants to do changes to your device?

So your PC is very old since Opengl3 is not compatible, you cannot download Opengl3 or anything because it already comes on the PC. Maybe you have outdated drivers.

Would be nice but keep in mind, it's a 1.20 game MP isn't very easy to add.
