Very fun game! Love the atmosphere and sound design, and the story's pretty interesting. (Also found the similarities between Sceptre and another fictional Foundation pretty amusing!) Love the detail that the alien text can be translated, too!

This was fantastic. I loved everything about it. The uneasy creepy feeling you get the whole time was awesome. Great scares. It also does such a great job of keeping you hooked as you try to piece together the strange and bizarre story. Amazing job!

Bizarre! Breathtaking and mind-bending game 👏👏👏

First of, I have to thank you for giving me access to play this. This was otherworldly experience, truly epic horror.
The main reason for my fascination is the story. It is so simple, yet so immersive and tensed. Throughout the gameplay I wanted to go further and further, yet I held my back, because I was afraid something was going to happen. A huge gold medal for you, because the basement sequence and the security scared me straight, I cried like a little baby, it was that shocking to me.

The sound mixing and environment design - can't say enough. I loved how each and every place had its own uniqueness and even towards the end, I was felt full, not empty - full of questions about the cabins and every single mystery surrounding the lore.

I do consider this to be the highest quality and supreme - Your game is superlative to every other VHS based games and I do realize, some of the games are different and unique in their own way, but this definitely top game of 2022 for me.
I can't even fathom or describe the perfection of this game. The puzzles are so intuitive and sophisticated. They are very y relatable to the average player, which for me is a ++A. There are tons of games, on Itch.io and other free markets, which imp lament confusing and ridiculous puzzles and even some of them post answers on the game's page, but this, your game is a solitary exception.

I've played your games, I have seen your previous works and just to look back, you should be very proud of your work. I truly am happy and glad you set standards to your craft and you are following them immensely. Marvelous work Mike, superb 💌

Thank you for the kind words, Niven! I'm really glad you liked it. I put a lot of effort into making the solutions for the puzzles entirely possible without finding the hints, apart from the keycode, of course. So your thoughts on the puzzles is a huge compliment. Thanks again for playing, and for the kind comment. That made my day.

Nice.  Love the concept and well executed.  On first look I thought it might be a bit difficult but it was quite intuitive and I managed to get my way through.  Really cool, thanks for making it.

You're welcome. Thanks a lot for playing!

why Sceptre Foundation has GDI logo?

This was coincidental. Thank you for pointing out, it has been changed in the latest update.

I was expecting Kane to show up at some point

Honestly, a really interesting idea using the found footage as an in-game mechanic, piecing together the tapes really felt like an interconnected event, and that ending was a great twist just like with your other games. Even knowing everything with the tapes only raises more questions and the mystery worked so well, the futuristic sci-fi horror really works well.

May have sequence broke a little, I found the key to the cellar without the help of the picture, I kind of leave no spot unturned in my horror games.

Thanks a lot for the kind words! Really appreciate the playthrough.

good shit.

Very cool. I liked the mechanic of having to watch a tape to get the clue for another one.

Thank you so much!

This game is awesome! The graphics are stunning, especially for the smooth framerate. With few jumpscares it still had me sitting at the edge of my seat for the whole game. The story itself unfolds in a very nice way, slowly granting you more to learn about the game and more areas to wander in. The only thing I can really say that was negative, was the lack of guidance, which had me searching for more than 10 minutes for a single clue (but this could also be blamed on me not being a very good detective :))
