No, it just tries to run the game with OpenGL instead of Vulkan, it if still dosen't work you most likely need to upgrade the computer you are using to run the game. (Unless there is a bug with the game)

If he tried to shoot himself and it was blank, he still has the two shots with you cuffed. The cuffs only last two turns if it was a live round when he shoots himself or if he attempts to shoot you twice. Stop making idle threats trying to get an easy mode, the game is already extremely easy. I had to work hard for a few hours just to lose on purpose, as the creator of the game has basically made the game easy enough that an elementary school kid could win.

yeah i dunno if its a hardware issue like the device cant start it or sumthing
If it's security reasons for windows you have to mess with settings
the problem is probably caused by the missing Vulkan (GPU 3D API/related to your video card).

Like I said in the comment you deleted a while ago (why the fuck do you keep deleting your comments???)
I think you just need to get better, the only times I have died was because I miscounted the ammount of live and dud rounds
Also in one game the dealer shot himself twice in the face in a row on round 3 (I have proof in a twitch vod)
