Guys it's not that serious. It's like $3 on steam and you only paid $1.20, if you like the game so much you NEED it on steam then just spend the $3. Less than $5 total, I think you can manage... lol
Y'all need to understand that he can't give a steam key for everyone that bought the game here If Mike could do that, he would probably just ask "Hey, you can give the rest of the money so I can give you a key" Getting a Steam key for your own game isn't as simple as "Oh I want x many keys for my game", that could cost him in terms of someone leaking the keys (which happens a lot) and people being able to get a pirated version and many other risks BUT, even if he could do that without any risks, it is against Steam policies (not hard to guess, he would be avoiding the 30% Steam cut for each sale, yada yada yada) So you can stop complaining and buy the Steam version (or don't and stick with the Itch.io version, up to you) I myself bought the game here and of course I would like to get the steam key for free, but that's not how it works unfortunately
Think of it as a donation to give a boost for Mike to keep maintaining the game/making it better!
Give a copy of Buckshot Roulette on Steam to the people who bought and supported your game on itch.io before the Steam release! Don't get greedy, please!

lets say that 1M people bought the game from here. he needs to pay steam 1M people worth of keys. which drains the money he got from the ITCH.IO website. so basically in the end, he never gained any money but 1M people got the game for free. You are the one who wants attention because you arent really smart either.
I enjoyed the thrill that this game gave me and loved it ever since. To see it expand is quite what it truly deserves.
I paid for this itch.io game a bit more than the Steam price (some folks don't understand that you can do that), and to see this situation...is quite awkward. I don't want to pay again for a few Steam-exclusive features.
I think it's only fair that people who contributed a bit more to the purchase than said price point, to get a least a bit of a reward in return. Doesn't optically help that the situation lacked the foresight that the early itch.io audience gets the update late. Better than never, at least.
Also, all of this makes the Steam version the more feature-complete, as well. What incentive will motivate people to pay for this version anymore, I wonder?

Los que lo compramos por itch.io fuimos los que apoyamos primero al desarrollador para que su juego sea popular y nos da muy tarde la version que ya esta por steam, despues se quejan de que no hay ayuda a los creadores.

the file when downloaded from a website only shows 1 file aka the .exe file and the itch.io desktop version downloads a bunch of fake files
