just get a better one its that easy the best ones out there than kan run all gaes in the wold are litrealy 550$+ thats basikaly a ps5 but kan run everythin the same speed and a good monitor like 360hz is like 200$ so not that bad i mean if u work at mkdonalds or some where as bad as that i aint making fun but that gets u atleast like 200$ a month so thats a good investement :)
You don't need any of that, all you need is a $70 GPU (not for this game but games in general, you don't even need a GPU for this game) and a $30 monitor

You could buy it to support him and add the exe to a Google Drive account then download that at school to play it there. I don't encourage breaking any rules but it's possible.

I've made a PayPal account and linked my bank to it for these kinds of things otherwise, someone you know who has one of the options can help you out.
Currency usually gets converted automatically by your bank or payment processer (like PayPal), so no need to worry about $ to €.

Yes or ask someone who already has to buy it for you and transfer it by bank back to them (I do this for some family members).
Lots of things outside of Europe require a debit card which I'm not very fond of myself. PayPal is the best alternative I've found.
