I see all the comments about Steam keys with purchase proof. Did the developer offer to give Steam keys out via Discord or are all the screenshots scams? Wanted to make sure before I tried the same, I've purchased this game and I'm upset there's a Steam release without the option of a key.
Fair warning - there's another game on here that's blatantly using the same premise and mechanics. Hope you're in contact with them, and that they're not ripping you off.
